A Gua Sha is a crafted crystal or stone designed to use as a facial sculpting and massage tool. Gua Shas break up tension, decreases puffiness, promote lymphatic movement and encourage healthy glowing skin cells. Regular massage is necessary to drain fluid from around the muscles your face, these muscles don’t get as much movement as they should and a little assistance goes a long way.
